We met with Bud and discussed an exterior look we had in mind. We had tried on our own, but could not get a floor plan to work. We explained our needs and the possibility our son would require a wheelchair at some point. He made several suggestions such as pocket doors, 36" doors for the rooms he would need access to, a 45 degree angle on our bedroom door so he wouldn't have to make a 90 degree turn in a hallway, a few extra inches in the hallway, and a straight shot to his bedroom. In addition, he made suggestions that just make life easier, such as larger closets. His 3D modeling also allowed us to view how the tower would look before constuction began. Our son is now walking with a walker, and although we haven't needed the wheelchair access, the ideas Bud built into the plans just make life easier for our son and us. We had a novice general contractor, so Bud used his experience as a builder to answer questions and walk him through the building techniques required for the tower. As with most projects, money became an issue, so Bud also used his prior experience to modify the plans to reduce building costs and keep us in budet.

When we found floorplans online and could not figure out the dimensions that were not listed, Bud was the man for the job. He quickly figured out the dimensions and got us a working floorplan. His skills with imaging and flexible schedule made it easy for us to make important decisions during the building process. He offered useful suggestions and tips that would make our home's square footage work the best for our needs and that would make every foot count. Bud was easy to work with and a real asset in our building process!
