At Tycol Design we provide a complete spectrum of CAD drafting services including Residential, Architectural, Mechanical, Details sections, and 3D Renderings. We also provide Construction shop drawings and as-built drawings for Contractors, Architects and Consulting firms. We can also provide most finished drawing files in an array of formats for use in other software as may be required.
We are a home design firm specializing in house plans and home designs for builders or perspective home owners. We can take your “napkin sketch”, stock plan, or just ideas in your head and create a custom set of working plans. Our house plans include the elevations, floor plans, and other drawings needed for you to build the home of your dreams. We will create a custom designed house plan package for you that perfectly meets your needs.
Beyond the drawings
We also have the capability of doing more than just black and white 2D drawings. Other services that are available include drawing perspectives, photorealistic renderings, both exterior and interior, and rendered walk-thrus.
Engineering
We also have a working relationship with engineers and architects so we can provide the calculations and/or stamped approval drawings for building permits.
